- concentration curls 3x15 / 10lbs
- fly 3x12 / 50lbs
- preacher curls 3x12 / 20lbs
- push ups (wide/standard/military) 3x15
- run: 2mi
this is about the 3rd week i’ve done this workout and i think ill be ready to up my weights by next week or the week after because im definitely feeling the difference! (: exciteddd. But, I definitely need more time to get better at preacher curls. They’re so challenging!
