hammer curls 3x15 / 10lbs
bench press 3x15 / 50lbs
barbell curls 3x15 / 30lbs
bench press incline 3x12 / 30lbs
concentration curls 3x15 / 10lbs
fly 3x12 / 50lbs
preacher curls 3x12 / 20lbs
push ups (wide/standard/military) 3x15 
run: 2mi
this is about the 3rd week i’ve done this workout and i think ill be ready to up my weights by next week or the week after because im definitely feeling the difference! (: exciteddd. But, I definitely need more time to get better at preacher curls. They’re so challenging!
